Vladonix (Thymalin / Khavinson's thymic bioregulator)
Vladonix is a thymus peptide complex similar to Thymalin, but in capsules taken by mouth. It is studied as a course-based agent to support immunity that weakens with age.
Polypeptide complex from bovine thymus — similar to Thymalin, produced by the same laboratory (St. Petersburg Institute of Bioregulation and Gerontology). Contains thymus-specific peptide fragments. Produced in capsules for oral use.
The oral form of Khavinson's thymic bioregulators. Intended for regular use as a course-based immunomodulator. Studies confirm reduced mortality with 6–8 years of use (shared Thymalin + Vladonix cohort database of 266 older adults). Strengthens thymic immunity during age-related involution.
Similar to Thymalin: ↑T-lymphocyte maturation, ↑CD3+/CD4+, normalization of CD4/CD8. ↑NK-cell activity. ↑immunoglobulin synthesis. ↓chronic inflammation.
Studies used capsules at 1–2 caps. twice daily with meals for a course of 30 days, with repeat courses 2–4 times a year. The injectable form (= Thymalin) was used at 5–10 mg IM once daily, 5–10 days.
Level B Human observational data. There are studies in humans, but they are small, uncontrolled, or cohort studies. The data are encouraging but need confirmation. Cohort data. Same database as Thymalin.
⚠️ Vladonix = oral form; Thymalin = injectable form — essentially one platform of Khavinson's thymic bioregulators. Research only (Institute of Bioregulation and Gerontology, RAS).
Research peptides are laboratory reagents (Research Use Only). They are not medicines and are not intended for use in humans or animals.
